Lawyer Alan Dershowitz is speaking to Mike Huckabee -
a television host, former GOP governor, and former United States presidential candidate, about
the Trayvon Martin - George Zimmerman case.
The above clip has Dershowitz expounding his views with regard to the issue of alleged legal violations committed against George Zimmerman, by Florida State Attorney Angela Corey.
Dershowitz alleges that Ms.Corey misled the judge responsible for
reviewing the proposed charges against Neighborhood Watch volunteer George Zimmerman - second degree murder in the shooting death of seventeen year old youth Trayvon Martin. It is alleged by Mr. Dershowitz and others that the state attorney withheld the crucial evidence of Zimmerman's broken nose (below) and battered head, in what is, according to the seasoned lawyer a pretty clear-cut case of self-defense.
Dershowitz claims she politicized the case; is known for overcharging; 'the worst prosecutor in his fifty years' experience'.
It will be interesting to see whether Ms. Corey chooses to respond.
